Frenzel Plumbing and Air Conditioning is one of the oldest and largest, family-owned and operated licensed plumbing service companies in South Florida. We have been serving customers in this area for more than 45 years.

In 1894 Charles Frenzel founded Frenzel Plumbing Company in Chicago, IL. 60 years later his son William, Sr. moved his family and his company to Ft. Lauderdale. In 1954 he re-named the business Frenzel & Sons Plumbing Company. It evolved into a large new construction sub-contractor. The company played a significant role in the development of the residential subdivisions, condominiums, apartments, hotels, industrial sites and commercial real estate throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties for over 30 years.

Due to our early and lengthy involvement in new construction in South Florida, our company has established a large customer base and we have evolved into a premier full plumbing and air-conditioning service and replacement organization.

In August 1998, we moved from our location of 29 years on Andrews Avenue just north of Oakland Park Boulevard, to a 29,000 square foot showroom and warehouse facility.

We purchased our current building on Powerline Rd. just north of the I-95 intersection, to allow our company room to expand our services to fit the needs of our customer base and provide better access to the county's major thoroughfares so as to be able to provide faster service. Our new facility also has given us the capability to maintain higher levels of parts and fixtures inventory and expand our business to include air-conditioning and appliance sales and service, as well as complete remodeling capabilities.

  All of our technicians are certified, licensed and insured. Our average repair call response time is less than 4 hours. We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year and honor all manufacturers' warranties on the parts and equipment that we sell.

As the great-great grandson of the founder of Frenzel Plumbing and as the son of it's longest reigning president, William Frenzel Jr., I assure you that my brother, Vice-President and Master Plumber, William Frenzel, III and I will carry on the rich tradition of the Excellent Customer Service that has been the basis of our family's long and successful enterprise.
